About this role
Wyetech seeks a Software Engineer 2 to develop and maintain complex software systems for federal government customers, including analytics, real-time systems, and large-scale data processing. The role requires full-stack capabilities with AWS and Terraform expertise, working individually or collaboratively on high-impact projects.
What you'll do
- Develop, maintain, and enhance complex software systems handling analytics, algorithms, and large datasets
- Review and test software components against design requirements and document results
- Resolve software problem reports and contribute to system design decisions
- Evaluate hardware/software trade-offs and recommend COTS/GOTS solutions
- Conduct requirements analysis and synthesis from system to component level
- Design and implement full-stack solutions using AWS architecture and infrastructure-as-code practices
