About this role

Wyetech seeks a System Engineer 2 to lead technical and organizational efforts on a federal analytics system serving mission-critical customers. You'll drive system requirements, architecture, and design while mentoring a small software team and coordinating with government stakeholders on complex technical challenges.

What you'll do

  • Analyze user requirements, operational concepts, and system architectures to develop comprehensive system requirement specifications
  • Lead system design and development activities while providing technical guidance to engineering teams
  • Develop system architecture, design documentation, and systems engineering management plans
  • Coordinate with government customers on technical considerations, problem resolution, and requirement refinement
  • Oversee system integration, testing plans, and incorporation of new designs into operational environments
  • Ensure technical integrity and quality of all systems engineering deliverables and work products
