XPENG seeks an experienced IT Support Network Engineer to manage infrastructure, end-user support, and network operations for a mid-to-large organization in Santa Clara. The role combines hands-on helpdesk support with network administration, hardware management, and cross-team collaboration with US and China-based teams.

What you'll do

  • Provide technical support for helpdesk, systems, and network issues affecting end users
  • Manage IT assets, configure hardware, and oversee software/hardware deployment
  • Install, configure, and maintain network devices including routers, switches, and firewalls
  • Troubleshoot network problems and ensure availability, security, and optimal performance
  • Create and maintain IT and network documentation
  • Collaborate with US IT teams and China network team to design and implement network solutions
