About this role

Zscaler seeks a Commercial Sales Engineer for its East region to deliver technical product demonstrations, understand customer requirements, and guide evaluations of cloud security solutions. This remote role bridges sales and technical expertise to help enterprise customers implement Zero Trust Exchange platform capabilities.

What you'll do

  • Deliver technical product presentations and demonstrations to prospective customers
  • Gather and document customer technical requirements to ensure solution alignment
  • Lead product evaluations and customize configurations for customer needs
  • Design and guide evaluation test plans with customers to successful outcomes
  • Collaborate with sales and solution architect teams to support deal progression
  • Travel to customer sites for in-person technical discussions and training
