About this role
Zscaler seeks a Detection Engineer for night shift (Wed–Sat, 5pm–3am MST) to analyze security telemetry across multiple domains and publish threat intelligence for managed detection and response customers. You'll work with EDR platforms, improve detection workflows through automation, and leverage AI tools to handle high-volume threat analysis.
What you'll do
- Analyze EDR telemetry, alerts, and logs across Endpoint, Identity, Network, and Cloud/SaaS detection domains
- Publish threat intelligence with clear, concise communication for MDR customers
- Improve detection workflows through orchestration and automation to manage telemetry at scale
- Investigate and correlate security alerts across multiple platforms
- Provide remediation context and indicators to support customer incident response
