About this role

Zscaler seeks a Technical Support Engineer to provide expert troubleshooting and customer support for its Zero Trust Exchange platform. You'll handle complex security and network issues, partner with engineering teams, and mentor colleagues while helping enterprise customers optimize their deployments.

What you'll do

  • Troubleshoot complex security and network problems via phone and email for enterprise customers
  • Partner with Engineering teams to test, debug, and resolve customer issues
  • Document detailed incident resolutions in support database for team knowledge sharing
  • Develop training programs and mentor junior engineers on advanced troubleshooting techniques
  • Analyze packet captures and HAR traces to diagnose connectivity and performance problems
  • Provide input on product direction and code changes based on customer use cases
