About this role
Zuora seeks an experienced Customer Solution Engineer to drive technical wins on enterprise quote-to-cash deals, with deep expertise in consumption-based billing and AI-native monetization. You'll scope and build solutions hands-on, act as a technical SME for strategic accounts, and partner across sales cycles to secure adoption and expansion.
What you'll do
- Drive technical wins through discovery, solution design, and objection handling in enterprise sales cycles
- Design and build quote-to-cash solutions spanning CPQ, billing, and revenue with consumption/usage-based models
- Build and execute proofs of concept with hands-on API, data, and integration work
- Own technical health of assigned accounts post-sale, diagnosing issues and guiding best practices
- Deliver technical presentations to business and technical stakeholders translating architecture tradeoffs
- Identify expansion opportunities and support adoption to ensure customers realize value
