About this role

SeekWell seeks a Systems Engineer I to support and maintain the infrastructure, applications, and systems powering its vision care businesses. You'll monitor system health, troubleshoot technical issues, administer core platforms like Windows Server and Azure, and participate in on-call rotations while growing your systems engineering expertise alongside experienced engineers.

What you'll do

  • Monitor system performance, availability, and security; escalate issues as needed
  • Respond to systems support requests and troubleshoot hardware, software, access, storage, and application problems
  • Administer Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Azure, and AWS
  • Support software releases, patching, upgrades, backups, and infrastructure maintenance
  • Maintain endpoint management processes using tools like Intune or SCCM
  • Use PowerShell or scripting to automate tasks, generate reports, and document processes
