About this role

Meriton seeks an experienced M365 and AI Infrastructure Engineer to administer and integrate enterprise AI tools within their Microsoft 365 ecosystem. This role combines deep technical platform expertise with cross-functional collaboration to ensure AI services are secure, reliable, and operationally sound while supporting the organization's broader AI enablement strategy.

What you'll do

  • Administer, configure, and troubleshoot enterprise AI platforms and tools; own platform settings, integrations, and operational standards
  • Integrate AI capabilities with Microsoft 365 products including Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Power Platform; support Microsoft 365 Copilot deployment
  • Serve as L2/L3 escalation point for AI tool incidents, perform root-cause analysis, and develop runbooks and support procedures
  • Configure secure integrations using APIs, Microsoft Graph, Entra ID, and authentication; partner with M365 platform owners on governance alignment
  • Partner with Cybersecurity to implement controls for identity, access, data protection, and secure AI tool usage across the enterprise
  • Develop PowerShell scripts and automation to improve administration, reporting, provisioning, and support efficiency
