About this role

Aaru seeks a Solutions Engineer to serve as the technical bridge between its AI-powered population simulation platform and enterprise clients. You'll lead technical discovery, design simulation solutions for complex business problems, and shepherd engagements from pre-sale through delivery, working closely with sales and deployment teams.

What you'll do

  • Conduct technical discovery with prospective clients to understand objectives and platform fit
  • Translate business problems into detailed simulation designs and technical specifications
  • Design and present proofs of concept and demonstrations to C-level and executive stakeholders
  • Partner with commercial team throughout sales cycle as primary technical contact
  • Oversee transition from sales to delivery, ensuring implemented solutions match scope
  • Communicate client feedback to product and engineering teams to inform priorities
