About this role
Lead MEP operations and capital improvement initiatives across a large studio campus as Chief Building Engineer and Program/Project Manager. - Oversee all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) operations and maintenance across the studio campus

- Collaborate with on-site Manager, Site & Services, and Studio Management on strategic initiatives
- Ensure overall facility reliability, safety, and compliance with building codes
- Direct coordination between external vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders
