About this role
Accenture Federal Services is hiring a Site Reliability Engineer to develop and maintain data pipelines for hardware quality telemetry in air-gapped cloud environments. You'll work cross-functionally with hardware, firmware, and data teams to build capture, transformation, and reporting capabilities using Azure cloud technologies.
What you'll do
- Develop and support data pipelines for hardware quality telemetry capture and consolidation in air-gapped clouds
- Collaborate with hardware engineers, firmware developers, and data scientists to understand telemetry sources and utilization
- Create standardized queries and dashboards across multiple air-gapped cloud environments
- Work with Deployment and Component teams to discover and create deployment solutions
- Provide on-call support approximately one week every two months for troubleshooting and issue mitigation
- Learn and adapt to new technologies including LLMs
