Maintenance Reliability Engineer
About this role
ATS seeks a Maintenance Reliability Engineer to optimize industrial facility operations by implementing reliability-centered maintenance strategies, predictive technologies, and root cause analysis. This role involves collaborating with internal and external customers to develop engineered solutions that improve equipment performance and throughput while maintaining safety and compliance standards.
What you'll do
- Develop and implement reliability-centered maintenance plans and equipment-specific maintenance strategies (ESMP)
- Conduct failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA), root cause analysis (RCA), and fault tree analysis to identify failure risks
- Apply predictive and preventive maintenance technologies including vibration analysis, infrared thermography, and machine health monitoring
- Partner with customers and cross-functional teams to design capital expenditure proposals with ROI justification for equipment upgrades
- Train and mentor maintenance teams on precision maintenance tools, work execution management best practices, and reliability techniques
- Align organizational and customer KPIs while championing a precision reliability culture
