About this role
AeroVect seeks a Test Engineer to validate autonomous ground handling vehicles through hands-on field testing and collaboration with engineering teams. You'll operate autonomous tractors, identify system issues, analyze logs, and help optimize testing processes for a Series A autonomous vehicle company serving major airlines.
What you'll do
- Operate autonomous tractors in field environments to test new features and capabilities
- Document and report abnormal system behavior with detailed observations
- Analyze logs and system data to help identify root causes of issues
- Work with engineering teams to debug problems and validate fixes
- Identify opportunities to improve testing processes and tooling
- Communicate findings across technical and non-technical stakeholders
