As a full-stack engineer, you'll work on both consumer-facing interview experiences and enterprise hiring analytics tools, tackling challenges around latency, AI model optimization, and system scalability.
What you'll do
- Develop consumer-facing features for the AI interview platform
- Build enterprise-grade software for hiring data aggregation and analysis
- Optimize system architecture and performance as the user base scales
- Integrate with customers' internal hiring systems
- Design and implement visualization solutions for interview results
- Contribute to expanding end-to-end hiring process coordination
