As a full-stack engineer, you'll work on both consumer-facing interview experiences and enterprise hiring analytics tools, tackling challenges around latency, AI model optimization, and system scalability.

What you'll do

  • Develop consumer-facing features for the AI interview platform
  • Build enterprise-grade software for hiring data aggregation and analysis
  • Optimize system architecture and performance as the user base scales
  • Integrate with customers' internal hiring systems
