About this role
ALO is seeking an Associate Product Developer for Accessories to support the development of yoga and lifestyle accessories from concept through production. This role requires managing product development timelines, collaborating across teams, and maintaining data accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
What you'll do
- Support development of cut-and-sew and hard goods accessories from concept to production while meeting quality, construction, and margin targets
- Own assigned styles and development tasks with manager guidance, managing timelines and key milestones
- Partner cross-functionally with Design, Tech Design, Raw Materials, Production, and Color teams to maintain product integrity
- Maintain PLM system data including style pages, BOMs, and cost sheets with high accuracy
- Analyze cost sheets and identify opportunities to support margin goals and vendor alignment
- Attend fit sessions and communicate with vendors on timelines, samples, costing, and MOQ requirements
