About this role
Alpha FMC seeks a Senior/Lead Forward Deployed Engineer to drive AI adoption across financial services clients. You'll own end-to-end AI/ML initiatives—from strategy through production deployment—working on high-stakes projects in wealth management, banking, and insurance with responsibility for LLMs, agentic systems, and scalable infrastructure.
What you'll do
- Own full AI/ML project lifecycle from problem framing through deployment and continuous monitoring
- Design and build scalable data pipelines for structured and unstructured enterprise data ingestion and preprocessing
- Implement RAG systems, fine-tune LLMs, and orchestrate agentic workflows with guardrails and alignment mechanisms
- Establish evaluation frameworks covering hallucination detection, bias/fairness testing, and model risk governance
- Lead deployment at scale using MLOps, CI/CD, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) with focus on latency and cost optimization
- Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to translate business problems into AI solutions
