About this role

ALTEN Technology USA seeks an Embedded Software Engineer to lead DSP subsystem bring-up, real-time audio pipeline development, and safety integration for a MediaTek infotainment platform. The role requires deep expertise in TI DSP platforms, RTOS, audio codec integration, and automotive safety standards, working on-site in Palo Alto.

What you'll do

  • Lead DSP subsystem and safety processor bring-up and integration on the infotainment development kit
  • Own real-time audio pipeline including codec integration, audio HAL, and latency validation
  • Integrate and validate safety subsystems including lockstep cores and FTTI analysis
  • Serve as technical liaison with DSP firmware teams and provide toolchain support
  • Validate real-time performance and audio quality against acceptance criteria
  • Document subsystem bring-up status and prepare materials for program gate reviews
