About this role

Neros seeks a Supplier Quality Engineer (Electrical) to join the founding supply chain team and scale production of high-performance unmanned systems. You'll drive supplier development, manufacturing process optimization, and quality improvements while collaborating across engineering, procurement, and manufacturing to meet aggressive production ramps.

What you'll do

  • Analyze engineering specifications and provide Design for Manufacturing feedback to ensure producibility at scale
  • Develop structured process flows from complex designs, identifying critical control points and optimization opportunities
  • Conduct detailed capacity assessments at supplier sites to validate readiness for new product introduction and mass production
  • Serve as technical liaison between purchasing, engineering, manufacturing, and suppliers to resolve quality issues
  • Create and implement production part approval processes (PPAP) and define supplier technical/quality requirements
  • Monitor supplier quality and delivery metrics to identify trends, root causes, and drive improvement plans
