ALTEN Technology USA seeks an Industrial & Manufacturing Engineer to drive process improvements and operational excellence at their Ironton, Ohio facility. This role supports manufacturing operations, capacity optimization, new product launches, and capital projects while collaborating across manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and engineering teams.
What you'll do
- Optimize manufacturing processes and identify productivity improvements through workflow analysis
- Support capacity planning, resource optimization, and resolve production bottlenecks
- Lead new product introduction activities including manufacturing readiness and process implementation
- Manage capital equipment projects and facility improvement initiatives
- Conduct root cause investigations and implement corrective/preventive actions
- Collaborate cross-functionally with manufacturing, operations, quality, and engineering teams
