What you'll do

  • Monitor robot fleet health, activity, and task execution to maximize uptime and operational stability
  • Perform onsite troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance on autonomous robots
  • Optimize workflows and track operational metrics (throughput, UPH, utilization) to meet performance targets
  • Conduct onsite testing and validation to support product development and continuous improvement
  • Analyze operational data and generate actionable insights for system optimization
  • Act as liaison between customer operations and internal engineering teams on issues and opportunities
