What you'll do

  • Monitor robotic fleet health, activity, and task execution to maximize uptime and operational stability
  • Troubleshoot and repair robots onsite to maintain system performance and minimize downtime
  • Optimize workflows and manage throughput targets to achieve operational KPIs
  • Conduct onsite testing, validation, and performance analysis to support product development
  • Compile and analyze operational data (throughput, UPH, utilization) to generate actionable insights
  • Act as liaison between customer operations and internal teams, communicating issues and opportunities
