About this role

Anduril Industries seeks a Hardware Manufacturing Test Engineer for the Electromagnetic Warfare team to oversee production testing, ensure quality standards, and optimize test processes for defense systems. You'll troubleshoot complex electrical issues, improve automation, and drive continuous improvement across the manufacturing value stream.

What you'll do

  • Manage test activities and production flow, providing hands-on troubleshooting for electrical issues discovered during testing
  • Maintain and enhance test capabilities from component-level validation through system-level acceptance testing
  • Develop and optimize test systems to improve automation, cycle time, and coverage while reducing defects
  • Create clear test work instructions and train technicians on equipment operation and best practices
  • Conduct root cause analysis on failures and collaborate with design and quality teams on corrective actions and customer returns
  • Analyze test data, document findings, and provide feedback to design engineers for product improvements
