About this role
Anduril Industries seeks an IT Systems Engineer to modernize internal IT operations by building automations and self-service tools that reduce manual ticket work and improve efficiency across the company. You'll design workflow automations, integrate AI where beneficial, and ship employee-facing solutions for common IT requests, with significant autonomy to drive impact company-wide.
What you'll do
- Design and build automations for IT Service Desk tasks including account provisioning, access requests, and troubleshooting using AI and LLMs where applicable
- Develop self-service tools enabling employees to resolve common IT requests independently and safely
- Create custom applications and automations that extend existing tools and platforms
- Integrate REST APIs and webhooks into end-to-end automation workflows
- Work autonomously to identify problems and deliver solutions across complex projects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement enterprise-scale onboarding and off-boarding processes
