About this role

Anduril Industries seeks a Manufacturing Engineer to own and optimize the manufacturing value chain for defense hardware systems, including static equipment, ground vehicles, and flight platforms. You'll lead design-for-manufacturability efforts, develop tooling solutions, create process documentation, and collaborate with internal teams and contract manufacturers to scale production rapidly.

What you'll do

Own manufacturing value chain for assigned products, from design through production
Design novel tooling and develop process flows for fabrication and assembly of complex hardware
Create manufacturing documentation including work instructions, quality plans, and inspection procedures
Partner with contract manufacturers (PCBA, metallic, assembly) to establish repeatable processes
Conduct hands-on prototype building with technicians and contribute to mechanical/electrical design
Travel to supplier sites for sourcing, troubleshooting, and quality procedure implementation
