About this role

Anduril is seeking a Manufacturing Test Engineer to own the complete testing lifecycle for the Fury autonomous aircraft on the production line at Arsenal-1 in Ohio. You'll design and execute critical acceptance test procedures, troubleshoot complex avionics failures, train technicians, and drive continuous improvement to scale production throughput while ensuring flight-readiness and safety.

What you'll do

  • Author and maintain Acceptance Test Procedures (ATPs) and functional test plans for aircraft systems
  • Execute hands-on system-level checkouts including power-on testing, flight control actuation, sensor calibrations, and avionics integration
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, communication, and mechanical failures; implement corrective actions
  • Train and certify aircraft technicians on test procedures and ground support equipment (GSE)
  • Analyze test data to identify bottlenecks and optimize procedures to reduce cycle time
  • Collaborate with Flight Test, Quality, and Design Engineering teams to feed production insights into design improvements
