About this role
Anduril Industries seeks a Product Development Process Engineer to establish and maintain robust design and development workflows for hardware systems. You'll work cross-functionally to develop process standards, manage tools like GitHub and custom platforms, and ensure engineering teams can effectively leverage consistent best practices across the product portfolio.
What you'll do
- Collaborate with design, program, and cross-functional leaders to define and align on process standards and best practices
- Develop and maintain the Product Development Process tool, including architecture and user interface design with the tools team
- Own the central standards repository encompassing engineering design standards, analysis standards, and product maturity frameworks
- Draft process workflows, user guides, and standard operating procedures for design and development teams
- Lead training development, coordination of rollouts, and continuous improvement initiatives based on stakeholder feedback
- Partner with engineering leadership on design practices, test practices, and qualification/build testing gate criteria
