About this role

Anduril Industries seeks a Product Development Process Engineer to establish and maintain robust design and development workflows for hardware systems. What you'll do

  • Collaborate with design, program, and cross-functional leaders to define and align on process standards and best practices
  • Develop and maintain the Product Development Process tool, including architecture and user interface design with the tools team
  • Own the central standards repository encompassing engineering design standards, analysis standards, and product maturity frameworks
  • Draft process workflows, user guides, and standard operating procedures for design and development teams
  • Lead training development, coordination of rollouts, and continuous improvement initiatives based on stakeholder feedback
  • Partner with engineering leadership on design practices, test practices, and qualification/build testing gate criteria
