About this role
Anduril seeks a Production Planning and Scheduling Engineer to own the integrated master schedule for a new state-of-the-art maritime manufacturing facility. You'll manage complex production planning across engineering, materials, manufacturing, and quality, driving rate readiness through rigorous scheduling and cross-functional coordination in a defense manufacturing environment.
What you'll do
- Develop and maintain the integrated master schedule (IMS) for module production across all departments
- Analyze critical path and network logic to identify and resolve scheduling conflicts
- Manage daily shop load and dispatch decisions based on material availability, labor capacity, and open nonconformances
- Track schedule adherence and earned value, feeding variances back into planning cycles
- Re-baseline schedules when program changes occur and provide risk analysis to support updates
- Stand up production processes and scheduling systems for new manufacturing facility startup
