About this role

Realtor.com seeks a Software Engineer to design and develop scalable, cloud-based features for their next-generation search platform serving millions of real estate users. You'll work with modern technologies like AWS, Node.js, Python, and Elasticsearch to optimize search experiences and build robust backend systems in an Agile environment.

What you'll do

  • Design, develop, and maintain features for real estate search and decision-making applications
  • Collaborate with Product Owners on user stories, acceptance criteria, and program decisions
  • Build and operationalize search pipelines using AWS and advanced data architectures
  • Optimize developer toolchain for automated deployment and infrastructure provisioning
  • Work in Agile/Scrum teams to plan and execute at high velocity across the organization
  • Investigate and prototype emerging technologies to drive business and customer innovations
