Anduril Industries seeks an Electrical Test Engineer for their Electromagnetic Warfare manufacturing team in Irvine, CA. What you'll do

  • Own and manage production test flow, performing hands-on troubleshooting of complex electrical issues discovered during testing
  • Maintain test capabilities across the manufacturing value stream from system acceptance testing to component-level in-process validation
  • Improve and sustain existing test systems to enhance automation, consistency, cycle time, and test coverage
  • Create test work instructions and train technicians on equipment use; develop failure mode libraries with troubleshooting guides
  • Perform root cause analysis on product failures, support customer returns, and recommend corrective actions
  • Analyze test data, optimize test strategies for efficiency, and collaborate with design and quality teams on product enhancements
