About this role
Join Anduril's Maritime Division as a Software Engineer to architect and deliver integrated software systems for next-generation autonomous underwater and maritime platforms. You'll own end-to-end software solutions spanning autonomy, simulation, command & control, and payload integration while working across the full product lifecycle in a fast-paced defense technology environment.
What you'll do
- Design and implement scalable, full-lifecycle software for autonomous maritime platforms and command systems
- Own deployed software solutions that balance end-user needs with multi-stakeholder constraints and requirements
- Develop on-board and off-board software using various technologies, including autonomy and data processing components
- Create test fixtures and simulation environments with software- and hardware-in-the-loop capabilities
- Lead technical ownership of software services, including stakeholder engagement, roadmap management, and team coordination
- Support vehicle manufacturing, deployment, and field operations with up to 20% travel
