About this role
Anduril Industries is hiring a Software Engineer for their Robotics Data Foundation team to design and build cloud systems that ingest, normalize, and make vehicle telemetry discoverable across their defense robotics fleet. You'll work on high-availability data pipelines, lakehouse architectures, and streaming systems that power real-time analysis for engineers and operators worldwide.
What you'll do
- Design and build cloud data ingestion pipelines for high-volume vehicle telemetry from onboard systems
- Normalize and standardize data across diverse flight controllers, vehicle management systems, and sensor payloads
- Develop reliable, performant cloud-native systems supporting both batch and low-latency streaming ingestion
- Create extensible architectures that integrate bespoke data sources into standardized frameworks
- Deliver edge-compatible capabilities for offline and air-gapped environments, including classified settings
- Partner with robotics and business line teams to understand requirements and iteratively deliver solutions
