About this role
Anduril Industries seeks a Systems Engineer to join the Air Defense team in Costa Mesa, CA, managing the integration and deployment of complex hardware-software systems designed to detect and neutralize airborne threats. You'll lead requirements decomposition, system integration, and end-to-end technical ownership across diverse customer deployments and evolving mission requirements.
What you'll do
- Lead integration of emerging capabilities and new products into the air defense family of systems
- Decompose requirements across cross-functional teams and define success criteria
- Scope system laydowns, evaluate performance, and ensure deployed systems meet customer requirements
- Make tradeoffs across capability, timeline, risk, and cost to deliver solutions
- Own end-to-end systems performance and identify/resolve problems between technical domains
- Travel to customer sites (up to 25%) for deployment support and verification
