Technical Operations Engineer

About this role

Anduril Industries seeks a Technical Operations Engineer to deploy and support imaging systems for defense applications, serving as a subject matter expert who bridges customer needs with engineering teams. You'll handle complex hardware-software-networking challenges, manage deployments, create technical documentation, and provide training to Department of Defense customers.

What you'll do

• Deploy and troubleshoot integrated imaging hardware-software products directly with military customers
• Develop training materials, site surveys, and technical documentation for contract deliverables
• Diagnose and resolve complex issues spanning hardware, software, and networking systems
• Configure systems, set up hardware, and ensure seamless infrastructure integration
• Coordinate cross-functional projects and communicate field issue status to internal and customer teams
• Maintain system availability and performance while managing logistics for operational events
