About this role
Anduril Industries seeks a Technical Recruiter to lead software hiring strategy for the Air Dominance and Strike division, operating as an independent subject matter expert. You'll drive talent acquisition across multiple locations using advanced recruitment tools, build talent strategies aligned with competitive intelligence, and ensure top-tier engineering talent joins the organization.
What you'll do
- Develop and execute recruiting strategies using prospecting, automation, and market intelligence to optimize candidate sourcing and hiring outcomes
- Serve as subject matter expert advisor for complex, high-stakes hiring projects across the division with hiring managers and leadership
- Engage passive candidates and conduct initial interviews using Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, and other tools to maintain strong interview-to-offer ratios
- Build talent maps and monitor competitor movements to inform long-term workforce planning and strategic staffing decisions
- Collaborate with talent acquisition team and senior leadership to drive process improvements and elevate recruiting best practices company-wide
- Represent Anduril's employer brand internally and externally while guiding candidates through the hiring experience
