About this role
Anduril Industries seeks a Technical Recruiter to independently lead software hiring strategy for the Air Dominance and Strike division. This contract role involves sourcing top-tier engineering talent, developing recruitment strategies, and serving as a subject matter expert across multiple office locations or remotely.
What you'll do
- Drive autonomous hiring strategy and sourcing for software engineering teams across the division
- Develop and optimize recruitment processes using prospecting techniques, automation, and talent management tools
- Collaborate with hiring managers and leadership to shape recruitment strategies and improve processes
- Build talent maps and use market intelligence to adapt hiring strategies based on competitive movements
- Conduct initial candidate interviews and manage passive candidate engagement via LinkedIn, Gem, and email
- Provide workforce planning guidance and represent Anduril's employer brand internally and externally
