About this role

OnePay seeks a Full Stack Software Engineer to lead technical design and implementation for the @Work platform, which delivers employer benefits like Instapay and budgeting to millions of workers. You'll own architecture decisions, optimize for reliability and scale, and collaborate across product and design teams to ship consumer-facing financial features.

  • Lead technical design and implementation for @Work platform projects
  • Set architectural standards and enforce code quality, performance, and scalability best practices
  • Partner with product, design, and operations teams to define and execute platform strategy
  • Optimize systems for reliability, security, and scalability
  • Make technical decisions balancing rapid delivery with sustainable engineering
  • Mentor and collaborate with engineering team members
