Anduril Industries seeks a Technical Recruiter for its Air Dominance and Strike division to independently lead software talent acquisition across multiple locations. This contract role involves developing recruitment strategies, sourcing passive candidates, and partnering with leadership to build high-performing engineering teams.
What you'll do
- Operate autonomously as a subject matter expert advising on complex hiring projects for software teams
- Develop and optimize recruiting strategies using prospecting tools, automation, and market intelligence
- Collaborate with hiring managers and leadership to shape recruitment strategy and drive process improvements
- Conduct initial interviews and candidate engagement using Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, and other platforms
- Build talent maps and advise on workforce planning through strategic business reviews
- Represent Anduril's brand while ensuring exceptional candidate experience across high-stakes projects
