About this role
Anduril Industries seeks a Technical Recruiter to lead software hiring strategy for the Air Dominance and Strike division, operating as an autonomous talent expert. You'll develop recruitment strategies, manage complex hiring projects, and shape long-term talent acquisition initiatives while maintaining DoD Security Clearance eligibility.
What you'll do
- Drive autonomous recruiting strategy and execute complex hiring projects for software engineering teams across the division
- Develop and optimize candidate sourcing using tools like Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Gem while managing passive candidate engagement
- Collaborate with hiring managers and leadership on recruitment strategy, process improvements, and workforce planning
- Build talent maps and leverage market intelligence to adapt strategies based on competitive and industry trends
- Conduct initial candidate interviews and maintain high interview-to-offer ratios by understanding hiring manager preferences
- Represent Anduril's brand and sell company value proposition to internal and external stakeholders
