About this role
Anduril Industries seeks a Technical Recruiter to lead software hiring strategy for the Air Dominance and Strike division. Operating as an autonomous subject matter expert, you'll develop recruiting strategies, engage passive candidates, and drive long-term talent acquisition across multiple locations. This contract role offers the possibility of conversion to full-time.
What you'll do
- Develop and execute recruiting strategies using prospecting techniques and automation to improve candidate management
- Serve as talent advisor for complex hiring projects, collaborating with hiring managers and senior leadership
- Source and engage passive candidates using Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, and email to achieve strong interview-to-offer ratios
- Build talent maps and leverage market intelligence to adapt hiring strategies based on competitor movements
- Conduct initial interviews and anticipate hiring manager preferences to guide candidate selection
- Advise on workforce planning and represent Anduril's employer brand internally and externally
