About this role
Lead infrastructure financing initiatives for Anthropic by structuring and executing compute-related transactions. You'll manage financing workstreams end-to-end, develop financial models, negotiate with external counterparties, and collaborate across internal teams to secure the computational resources essential to the company's AI safety mission.
What you'll do
- Own financing workstreams from structuring through close, including counterparty engagement and term negotiation
- Translate infrastructure requirements into investable frameworks and materials for financing partners
- Build and maintain financial models to support transaction structuring and capital allocation
- Develop repeatable internal frameworks for evaluating and executing financing transactions
- Represent Anthropic in independent negotiations with external counterparties on commercial terms
- Prepare analysis and recommendations for Finance leadership on complex financing decisions
