Applied Intuition seeks a senior Business Systems Engineer to architect and manage the company's corporate data ecosystem, integrating enterprise systems like Oracle NetSuite, Workday, and Pigment to support rapid global growth. This role involves designing scalable data pipelines, automating workflows, and leading enterprise architecture decisions for a high-growth physical AI company.

What you'll do

  • Design and build mission-critical integrations between Oracle NetSuite, Workday, and Pigment systems
  • Develop and manage data pipelines and API-led architectures for real-time synchronization across business applications
  • Partner with Finance and People Operations to automate complex workflows and eliminate manual data entry
  • Lead selection and implementation of iPaaS tools to standardize global SaaS application connections
  • Define enterprise data standards and integration protocols to ensure consistent KPI tracking
  • Mentor junior IT staff on enterprise architecture, scalability, and best practices
