About this role

Applied Intuition seeks a Fleet Reliability Engineer to optimize vehicle fleet performance by analyzing hardware/software failures, implementing scalable solutions, and conducting validation testing. You'll work cross-functionally to enhance sensor suite and onboard compute reliability while directly supporting autonomous vehicle operations across multiple industries.

What you'll do

  • Perform root cause analysis on vehicle fleet issues and reliability trends
  • Design and implement scalable, long-term fixes across the fleet
  • Create and maintain testing procedures, diagnostic tools, and operational metrics
  • Investigate field failures and translate findings into more reliable vehicle designs
  • Collaborate with engineering and operations teams on reliability improvements and demonstrations
