Software Engineer – Autonomy Tooling

About this role

Applied Intuition seeks a Software Engineer to develop autonomy tooling and simulation infrastructure for autonomous vehicles and mobile machines. You'll work across the full stack designing scalable applications, optimizing cloud systems, and collaborating with domain experts to solve industry-leading infrastructure challenges.

What you'll do

• Analyze user requirements and develop feasible software solutions within time and cost constraints
• Design, develop, and modify software specifications for scalable applications across the full stack
• Create new features and improve core backend software for simulation products, including ML Sim Agent integration
• Develop and direct software testing, validation procedures, and documentation
• Build infrastructure initiatives, optimize cloud costs, and design new cloud projects
• Collaborate with infrastructure, robotics, and graphics engineers to design solutions and gather requirements
