Software Quality Assurance Engineer

About this role

Applied Intuition seeks a Software Quality Assurance Engineer to establish and manage QA processes for their Self-Driving System organization, ensuring compliance with Automotive SPICE and ISO 9001:2015 standards. You'll lead process development, conduct audits, drive compliance improvements, and collaborate across engineering and program management teams to maintain the highest automotive quality standards.

What you'll do

• Define, implement, and maintain QA processes, work instructions, and quality criteria aligned with ASPICE and ISO 9001:2015
• Conduct independent work product and process audits to verify compliance with automotive standards
• Identify and track non-conformances using structured root cause analysis methodologies (8D, 5-Why, Fishbone)
• Drive process training and awareness across engineering, management, and support teams
• Define and maintain quality KPI dashboards and communicate findings to stakeholders
• Interface with Change Request Management to ensure quality-related changes are properly analyzed and tracked
