Archer seeks a Hardware Integration Engineer to design, build, and validate electrical systems for subscale electric aircraft platforms. You'll handle wiring harness fabrication, sensor integration, troubleshooting, and coordination with test teams to bring aircraft hardware from bench to field operations.

What you'll do

  • Build and bring-up subscale aircraft platforms including flight controllers, computers, radios, and sensor payloads
  • Design and fabricate wiring harnesses, connectors, and power distribution systems for onboard electronics
  • Validate integrated hardware end-to-end on bench and aircraft, coordinating with test and program teams
  • Troubleshoot EMI, power, and signal-integrity issues across sensor and compute interfaces
  • Collaborate with perception, navigation, and test engineers on hardware requirements
  • Maintain build documentation, wiring diagrams, and configuration records
