Demo Engineer

About this role

Join our presales organization as a Demo Engineer responsible for designing and maintaining showcase environments that help our Solutions Engineering team demonstrate platform capabilities to customers and partners. You'll bridge Product, Engineering, and Sales by transforming complex technical features into compelling, scalable demo experiences that accelerate deals.

What you'll do

• Design, build, and manage demonstration environments that reflect real-world customer scenarios and use cases
• Configure cloud services, integrations, datasets, workflows, and personas to support product storytelling
• Keep demo platforms updated with product releases, features, and roadmap developments
• Partner with Solutions Engineers to understand field requirements and create standardized demo assets
• Proactively identify and resolve technical issues before customer-facing engagements
• Develop reusable demo frameworks and automation to reduce preparation time across sales motions
