About this role
Axon seeks a Mission Engineer to embed onsite with law enforcement agencies in Orlando and Seminole County, owning the full lifecycle of technical implementation and operational transformation. You'll design and deploy AI-powered workflows, automations, and integrations on Axon's platform while driving adoption and measuring real mission outcomes—3-4 days weekly onsite with a focus on shipping working solutions, not slides.
What you'll do
- Discover agency problems onsite and translate them into compliant, mission-focused buildable solutions
- Design, build, and deploy AI agents, workflows, automations, integrations, and data pipelines on Axon's platform
- Drive hands-on adoption with end users and iterate in the field until solutions stick in production
- Lead operational transformation assessments, define success metrics, and conduct strategic QBRs with agency leadership
- Troubleshoot onsite issues and coordinate root-cause resolution across Product, Engineering, and Support teams
- Capture field intelligence and customer insights to inform product roadmap and create reusable playbooks
