About this role

Baseten seeks a GTM Engineer to design and deploy AI-powered workflows that accelerate go-to-market functions. You'll audit the existing GTM tech stack, identify gaps, and ship production-ready automations and agents that empower sales teams—balancing low-code tools like Clay with custom AI solutions built on Vercel.

What you'll do

  • Build AI agents and automations that reduce manual work for reps and managers
  • Transform Salesforce, data warehouse, and usage data into actionable dashboards and alerts
  • Audit GTM stack, identify overlaps and gaps, and self-generate a prioritized backlog
  • Deliver rep-productivity workflows on tight timelines (days, not weeks)
  • Develop custom AI solutions in Claude Code when low-code platforms hit their limits
  • Integrate third-party APIs to sync data reliably across GTM tools
