About this role

Bedrock is seeking an IT Systems Engineer to own the infrastructure layer that enables the company's rapid growth, managing corporate technology projects from identity and networking to business system deployments across multiple office locations. You'll act as a technical consultant to business teams, translating their needs into scalable, well-integrated solutions while maintaining centralized IT standards.

What you'll do

  • Partner with Finance, Marketing, Field Operations, and PeopleOps to scope and plan technology solutions that align with business needs
  • Own shared services infrastructure and business system integrations, ensuring new tools fit cleanly into the existing environment
  • Deploy workplace technology standards across office expansions in SF, NY, Austin, and Phoenix, from connectivity to AV
  • Build and modify infrastructure using HCL, Python, Bash, and integration platforms like Zapier and Rippling
  • Coordinate vendor relationships and manage site buildouts from initial planning through go-live
  • Author and guide Requests for Discussion (RFDs) for major system rollouts, establishing standards that evolve with the company
